Elder Austin Mosher

About 1 year ago was when I opened my Mission Call and found out that I will be serving in the Montana Billings Mission. I am so grateful that I have had this opportunity to serve my Heavenly Father.  I've seen lives change for the better.  I truly do love this Gospel though and I don't know where I would be if I didn't have a family to raise me in the Church. Because I do, I am on a mission for the Church Of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints. I have now been out 8 and  a half months and time does fly.  I want to share my testimony that I know that this church is true and before my mission I knew I had to serve but I didn't know exactly why. Now I do. It was for me. There are people in Montana and Wyoming that only I can touch and they are waiting for that. I didn't really know where my testimony was until I got out on this mission and now I have a huge testimony and I want to leave that with you in the Name of Jesus Christ Amen.

Hello, this week was really good, our teaching pool is really expanding. Monday to Wednesday we went on exchanges with 3rd ward,  the Zone Leaders and I were with Elder Winterton who is from somewhere in Utah and that was fun. Friday we went on exchanges with the Assistant and his companion and blizt our area and found three people that day.  I was with Elder Martinez who is from Cedar City and he was awesome. We found two people and Elder Steelman and Elder Jackson found one person.  Elder Jackson is one Of the assistants but our week was really good.   Sorry this is so short and I will have pictures next week. So this Week was Just a Lot of tracting because this area is a pretty slow area and in two days this week we had to drop 5 people in our teaching Pool so wahoo! But From Monday to Wednesday we went on exchanges and I was in Gillette 4th Wards area with Elder Greenwood who Is from Houston Texas and has been out the same amount as me.  On Monday we went to a choir concert at the high school which was really good and then we went to the high school soccer game which was really fun.  On Tuesday we had District Council and then and went tracting and contacting which we didn't really find many people. At 6:00 p.m. there was a baptism that the 2nd ward sister investigators had which was really good to see how excited that guy was after his Baptism and to see him make that 1st covenant with our Heavenly Father.   After that we went to another high school soccer game which was pretty good.  On Wednesday we exchanged back and then we went on Main Street and we...

Hello everyone, this is Elder Glover, I know you don't care about me or my life but I'm going to fill you in anyway. Me and my companion had a baptism this week! It was an awesome 10 year old girl that we've been working with for WEEKS. The Spirit has changed her life forever. Anyways, here's Elder Mosher. So I hit my 8 Month mark today and it is flying by.  But on Tuesday we had volleyball night which was really fun.  This week was pretty good, we found a new person to teach and had two people at sacrament meeting which was good. Sorry we are out of time finish next week by. 

So this last Zone Conference we were asked to share this video, and it is really a good way of inviting people to church. What we have been doing at dinner appointments is showing it to members and asking for there thoughts and ending by inviting them to share it with friends that are not members. And if you are not a member of the Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints and is watching this video and reading this post I invite you to come to Church and just try it o ut, because I want you to know that you are welcome no matter what you have done in the past, we want you there because we do love you and in the 2nd video there is a part in it that says this is loving your Enemy, Loving Your Neighbor, and loving God. This week was pretty good.  Monday night we got transfer news and I was transferred to Gilette Wyoming and my companion is Elder Steelman. He is awesome. He is From Cedar Hills Utah, and  has been out 3 weeks longer then I have,  he was in our group when we came out but was in the Mexico MTC so he has been out 3 weeks longer. Tuesday and Wednesday we were just saying goodbye to members in Lewistown which was fun. It was kinda sad though because I was in that area for 6 Months but it was fun. On Thursday we drove from 9:00 am to 10:30 pm, It was a long day. I can't really remember what happened on Friday but Saturday a Sunday was General Conference which was really good. Well, they say your longest areas are your best areas and I have been in Lewistown for 6 Months and I have truly came to love the people there. It was truly hard to say goodbye to that area and my Testimony has grown from the members and from teaching the people being taught. But the Lord wants me somewhere else and that next place is Gillette Wyoming. I will definitely continue my Missionary work in the city of Gillette. But to be completely honest leaving this area has  been harder then saying goodbye to my hometown. But this is the Lords work and I know that this Gospel is true and this work I do as a missionary is his and I know the Book Of Mormon is True and Joseph Smith was a Prophet in this Dispensation. Hello again.  This week has been pretty dang good. Since my mind totally blanked on what we did before Thursday I am going to Jump to Thursday. Thursday morning we had service at the senior center and that was really good because someone that works there started asking questions of what we believe, we talked to her a little bit and that was the new person. That was really awesome.   On Friday there are these videos we are supposed to be showing around in this mission and some other missions. We are supposed to be sharing those to 3 to 4 non members a day. We showed it 12 times on Friday.  That night we had dinner with the Deckers who are messianic Jews.  We taught the last part of lesson 4 with them, the commandments.  When we were done Forrest told us that he had a dream and the God was in that dream and told him he will be getting baptized after June 9th so we put him on date for June 15th.
