Week 5 "1 Month in everybody!"

So this week has been pretty dang good.  So on Tuesday Last week we had Zone Conference and one thing Pres. Larson said and it keeps sticking out to me because Elder Neil. L. Anderson said it and than Pres. Larson said it again to remind us, and it is that we are Pervayers of faith, and that just keeps hitting me, because we are Pervayers, it's just great to know that.

So on Wednesday we went up to Pillipsburg which is about 1 hour away from Deer Lodge and Anaconda so we met with a couple of people.  But we met with one guy, and he has a prosthetic leg and he had a powerful testimony of this Gospel, I don't really know how he lost his leg, but he knows in his mind that our heavenly father and Jesus Christ was with him the whole time and that is amazing.  We went in there to share something with him but it just kinda turned into him teaching us. His Testimony was so Powerful that the spirit was with us the whole time.

                                               A Beautiful Sunset in Montana

So when we were leaving his apartment a guy ran up to us, and asked us if we could go give a Blessing to a girl that was super sick and not feeling well at the Hospital.  So we drove to the Phillipsburg hospital to give her a Blessing, and we asked her who she wanted to annoint the oil, and who she wanted to seal it, so she asked Elder Hallett to annoint it and me to seal it and give the Blessing.  So I did and that was a really cool experience to do because that was my first time giving a Blessing.   I was kinda Nervous at first but I know that my Heavenly father was telling me what to say the whole time, and the spirit in that room was just Awesome.

So the Next day which was Thursday we went Tracting.  And I felt like we needed to go to Cherry Street in Anaconda.  So we did, so we knocked and knocked and knocked.  And no one was answering.  And people are super nice in Montana, but even some people in Montana won't be interested in what we have to say.  So we knocked on one ladies door and she opened it and told us that she was super busy and slammed the door in our face.  And than we went to a yellow house right across the street, and knocked and than a guy opened the door and told us that he is not interested and slammed the door.  So we kept walking and I said that I know that there is at least one person in that neighborhood that will accept our message. And we started walking back and we saw a house that was kinda hidden behind some trees that we didn't see before and at that spot we were at is when I said that I felt like there is somebody in that neighborhood.  So we went up to that house and knocked on the door, and somebody answered and we got to know her and than we told her who we are, and she said that she met with missionaries about 2 years ago.  But she was willing to hear what we have to say, so I feel like we were meant to finish what those missionaries were teaching her about two years ago, and her Name is Lori.

The day after that which is Friday, we did exchanges, where we just switch companions for a day or two, so I was with one of our Zone Leaders Elder Overson.  And one good thing about that is that I finally got to drive, which made me so happy.  So we were finding people on the street and were walking out of the Post Office and one guy walked right up to us and started bashing at us about how all this is made belief and we just laughed as he walked away.  But at about 8:55 at night we were walking back to our car and ran into one guy and his name is Lyle so we started talking to him and got to know him and then we wrote our number on the restoration pamphlet and put it in the Book of Mormon that we had with us and gave it to him and that was really cool.

So our Zone Leaders had an investigator and his son that just got baptized on Saturday and we had to go because Elder Hallett is the District Leader so he was in charge of the interviews and it is so cool how much someone's testimony can change so I thought that was really cool
So the Investigators name is Shane and his sons name is Kyle.

                                                   Me and Shane and Kyle

So that was my week.
I can't explain how much I love this Gospel and I know that He is with me everywhere I go and He will continue to bless me on my Mission.

Sincerely Elder Austin Mosher
