Week 6 " Another Week"

So this email might not be as good as the last ones or as Long, because to be Honest, not Much went on this week. So we are teaching this Couple Brett and Eclipse, and to be Honest Eclipse doesn't really seem interested, she Just kinda goes off topic about stuff, But Brett seems very interested, he keeps asking questions and keeps wanting to learn more, so we taught him about the Plan Of Salvation.  And he was so interested with that.   So we are really hoping that next time we go to the Anaconda ward that we can get him to go to Church. So on Thursday there is this 93 year old guy in our Anaconda ward and he just got back from New York and he is the funniest and nicest guy you will ever meet.  He wanted a large copy of the Book Of Mormon, so we brought one to him.  And he was so Happy that we did that for him.  He is Awesome and super funny. So to be Honest it's kinda hard to find and talk to people with having Deer Lodge Anaconda and Phillipsb...

Week 5 "1 Month in everybody!"

So this week has been pretty dang good.  So on Tuesday Last week we had Zone Conference and one thing Pres. Larson said and it keeps sticking out to me because Elder Neil. L. Anderson said it and than Pres. Larson said it again to remind us, and it is that we are Pervayers of faith, and that just keeps hitting me, because we are Pervayers, it's just great to know that. So on Wednesday we went up to Pillipsburg which is about 1 hour away from Deer Lodge and Anaconda so we met with a couple of people.  But we met with one guy, and he has a prosthetic leg and he had a powerful testimony of this Gospel, I don't really know how he lost his leg, but he knows in his mind that our heavenly father and Jesus Christ was with him the whole time and that is amazing.  We went in there to share something with him but it just kinda turned into him teaching us. His Testimony was so Powerful that the spirit was with us the whole time.             ...

Week 4 "FIRST WEEK IN MONTANA!"

So I'm finally out in the Mission field.  Wahoo!  So I got in to Billings on Tuesday and met my Mission president.  Pres. Larson and his wife Sister Larson, and they are Awesome, Honestly when I was leaving the MTC, I was so excited, but it wasn't because I was going to Montana, it was because it felt like I was going home to Payson.   So we got out in Montana, and met Pres. And Sister Larson. And they took us to the Mission home.  And when we got in there, it felt like home, Sister Larson made Dinner.  And to me it is amazing how they think of each missionary as their own, to them when they get a whole set of Missionaries, they think of them as their kids. So, on Thursday we went out to our Areas and Met our Trainers.  So My area is about 4 hours away from Billings.  My Trainer is Elder Hallett, and he is from Washington, and has been out for 8 months.  So My Zone is the Butte zone, and Butte is a little town in Montana which is t...

Week 3 "FINALLY!! MY PRISON TIME IS OVER!!!"

So as many of you know my last full day at the MTC is today, and than i fly out to Montana tomorrow.  WAHOO!!  But I can honestly say that my time here at the MTC has been fun.                                                 Ready to leave the MTC for Montana So this week has been both good and sad, OH, and spiritual.  So last week for our Tuesday Devotional we got the opportunity to hear from Brent. H. Nielson, from the seventy and his wife Sister Nielson, and i honestly can't remember what they talked on because it has been so long but i can say that both of them gave great talks. So a week from today we got the opportunity to teach from our second TRC (training Resource center Investigator)  And his name is Linus and honestly he doesn't really know if he believes in Christ or not, and he  was a pretty hard guy to teach, and we t...
